Things to be done, important information and dates at a glance

Here you will find all to-dos and important information concerning your trade fair appearance at Enforce Tac. Please also note the deadlines for service orders and booking of marketing services.

We have summarized the most important steps and deadlines for you. Be sure to take a look at our walkthrough guide and make sure you don't miss any deadlines. 

Manage your participation

  • Your personal exhibitor area
    In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 
    • Your participation at a glance
      In your personal exhibitor area, you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
    • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
      In your personal exhibitor area, you can register your stand space and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
    • Online ExhibitorShop
      In the ExhibitorShop, you order everything for your succesful trade fair appearance, find important information as well as permits and the stand construction checklist. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves.
    • TicketCenter
      In the TicketCenter, you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers.

  • Your stand position

    You will find your stand number in your stand space confirmation, which you received by e-mail. The hall plans for Enforce Tac are updatet regularly. You can find them on our website: to the floor plans.

    A detailed plan of your stand space can be found in the ExhibitorShop under Documents/ Uploads.

  • Login data

    You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you receive by e-mail.

    The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password.  If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.

  • Assembly and dismantling times

    Sunday, 23 February 2025: 07:00 - 19:00

    The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Sunday, 23 February 2025. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.

    Please note that early assembly for Enforce Tac is only possible with a separate permit and is subject to additional costs. You can find the application form for early assembly in the ExhibitorShop

    Dismantling:

    Thursday, 27 February 2025, 07:00 - 19:00

    Please book your time slots for loading and unloading your vehicles via our new digital trade fair logistics system TransITFair. Only by registering in advance and booking a time slot is it possible to enter the loading yards. All information about our trade fair logistics system can be found on our website.

  • TicketCenter
    You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area. Use your customer number and your personal password to log in. If required, you can generate or request your password again using the “Request password” button. The TicketCenter for Enforce Tac 2025 will be available from 21 October 2024.

  • Pass management

    In the TicketCenter you can order, send and manage your exhibitor, assembly and dismantling passes. Depending on the stand space booked, you will receive a free contingent of exhibitor passes, which are stored for you in the TicketCenter. These passes are valid for the duration of the fair and during the assembly and dismantling.

    Any additional exhibitor passes required can be purchased for authorized persons at a price of EUR 30 (gross) each. After the event, you will only be charged for the exhibitor passes used, less your free quota.

    The total quantity of assembly and dismantling passes is independent of your stand area and is free of charge. All persons involved in assembly and dismantling, such as stand constructors, forwarding agents, etc., require a assembly and dismantling pass. Persons without a pass will not be admitted and will have to register on site, which will result in waiting times. 

    Please note that all passes must be personalized and that access to the halls is only possible in conjunction with an official photo ID!

  • Own stand construction

    Are you bringing your own stand construction?

    To ensure that the stand construction inspection runs smoothly, please observe our Technical Guidelines and the following minimum requirements for your stand construction:

    • All open sides must be freely accessible, i.e. at least 50% of the respective gangway side must not be obstructed by structures or fittings. 
    • Each closed side must be covered with stand partition walls, the minimum height is 2.50m. 
    • The back of stand partition walls facing neighboring stands and exceeding a height of 2.50 m must be white, in a clean and tidy condition and must not contain any text or graphics.
    • The stand area must be equipped with a floor covering that does not protrude beyond the stand boundaries.

    Please submit your stand construction plans for approval in good time. Use the “stand design“ checklist in the ExhibitorShop for this purpose. Particularly in the case of components of the stand construction, authorization is required. These are e.g.:

    • Multi-storey stand structures
    • Outdoor buildings (e.g. temporary structures)
    • Special constructions (show trucks, promotional vehicles, promotional trailers, climbing walls, carnival rides, containers, moving parts, etc.)
    • Performance /stage areas and walkable structures from a height of 0.20 m
    • LED walls/ video walls and their substructures or rigging materials
    • Use of flying objects (e.g. drones, quadrocopters, airships etc.)
    • Deviations from the fire prevention regulations:
      -  Vehicles generally 
      - Ceilings bigger than 30 m² 
      - Actions involving fire hazards

  • Additional equipment

    You need more equipment on your stand, a stand guard or stand personell? You want to surprise your customers with delicious catering or still need graphics? From staff to small accessories - use the ExhibitorShop to easily and conveniently place all orders for your trade fair participation online.

    Please note that express surcharges of up to 100% may apply for some services after a certain date. You will find the current dates for express surcharges in due course in the exhibitor area and ExhibitorShop!

  • ServicePartners
    To ensure that your trade fair participation is a complete success, our ServicePartners will be happy to assist you. You can find an overview of all ServicePartners and their contact details here:
     
  • Invoice

    You will receive the invoice for your stand space in October 2024 by e-mail together with your stand space confirmation. The e-mail address is invoice.enforcetac@nuernbergmesse.de. Please note that the stand space as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced in one invoice via NürnbergMesse GmbH. 

    Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets, exklusive marketing, additional passes etc. will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse separately. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NurembergMesse, please contact us.

  • Application for prohibited firearms and articles

    Are you bringing prohibited firearms and articles with you?

    Remember to submit all necessary applications and fill out forms. You will find the relevant applications and detailed information on securing, transporting and presenting firearms on our website from November 2024.

  • Exhibitor evening - get ready to rock!

    Bring the evening to a close with us!

    We look forward to you celebrating the second day of Enforce Tac with us. An exhibitor evening will take place again this year.

    Ticket price: 35,29 € net

    You can secure your ticket in the ExhibitorShop 
    You will receive this in the form of an admission wristband at the info counter at the NCC Ost entrance during the trade fair. Please note: Tickets cannot be canceled. The price will be charged even if you do not collect your ticket.  

  • Booking - thinking about 2026 today
    Take the opportunity to secure your stand space for Enforce Tac 2026 directly on site at Enforce Tac 2025. 

    You will find the booking team in hall 7, stand 7-178. Our colleagues in the booking area look forward to meeting you!

Promote your participation

  • SelfService - Your online-profile on our website

    Thanks to the self-service function, you can edit and update your company and product information in our exhibitor and product database yourself.
    The self-service tool allows you to manage the content of your online profile by yourself at any time. Benefit from being able to quickly adapt your content at all times. Your online profile will then be published on our website within just a few minutes.

  • Marketing services

    With your binding registration as an exhibitor, you automatically book our obligatory marketing services (in the amount of 459 euros). We have put together an exclusive package for you: These comprehensive advertising measures will effectively draw attention to your stand. The following marketing services are included for you as an exhibitor:

    Online marketing:Online profile consisting of a company profile and two product/service profiles

    • Use of the TicketCenter with badge management and invitation management
    • Provision of voucher codes (electronic admission voucher)
    • 1 lead tracking APP per exhibitor
    • Social media assets and download material for promoting your trade fair presence
    Print marketing:
    • Entry in the print exhibition guide
      Please note: You can customize your company name up to 2 months before the event via your personal exhibitor area in SelfService. 
    • Visitor postcards (can be ordered via the ExhibitorShop)
    • Provision of a sample letter for your visitor marketing

     

  • Exclusive Marketing

    Our exclusive marketing gives your advertising campaign the individual touch - before, during and after your trade fair appearance. We offer you effective advertising measures for all media. Put your company in the spotlight. 

    Please note: these are not the marketing services included in the stand space, but additional marketing opportunities to increase the awareness for your company and your presence at Enforce Tac. All opportunities can be found in our ExhibitorShop under marketing services.

  • Enforce Tac Stage - speaking slot

    The Enforce Tac Stage offers speakers an exclusive platform to present their expertise in high-quality specialist and product presentations to a wide-ranging audience. Share your knowledge and present your brand directly to your relevant target group.

    Make valuable contacts with other companies, trade visitors and decision-makers. The varied programme of specialist presentations, product highlights, start-up pitches and discussion panels brings the industry's experts together on one stage.

    At the Enforce Tac Stage, all relevant topics of the industry can be covered. Presentations can be held in both German and English.

    Secure your presentation slot on the Enforce Tac Stage now with the following benefits:

    The cost per presentation slot is EUR 690 (net).

  • Enforce Tac Village

    Bring your products to life for your customers in various realistic police or military scenarios. Your products will be presented to the audience in combination and live in their functionality. Professional moderation and perfect insights from different perspectives enable a practical and realistic experience.

  • Enforce Tac TV

    Enforce Tac TV: Your products, perfectly presented.

    In the contemporary marketing landscape, it is important to use opportunities to set yourself apart from the masses. And this is where Enforce Tac TV comes into its own: Our YouTube format, exclusively tailored to you as an exhibitor, offers you and your product highlights an ideal opportunity.

    Imagine the following scenario: Your stand is the main stage that puts the spotlight on your featured products. Our experienced camera team and a selection of hand-picked professional moderators showcase your brand and products expertly. Up to three products can be introduced per slot to allow for a comprehensive presentation. Our team works closely with you to ensure that every detail is presented in an appropriate way. Whether you offer tactical equipment, vehicle innovations or training systems – Enforce Tac TV turns your stand into a studio, enabling you to bridge the gap to online and on demand content!

  • Social Media Assets

    You can also use our social media assets to promote your participation at Enforce Tac. You can personalize the official event graphic. You are also welcome to tag us in your social media posts and use the official hashtag #enforcetac, because together we can achieve more - reach, interaction, likes.

  • Trade fair appearance

    Promote your trade fair appearance! 

    We support you with digital and printed advertising materials. Order your desired documents in the required quantity.

    Electronic admission vouchers (e-codes)

    Invite your customers directly to your exhibition stand. Simply by e-mail with an e-code. Please note that you can only invite trade visitors and selling the vouchers to third parties is prohibited. Admission vouchers are not an admission authorization and are only valid in combination with a legitimation type listed at enforcetac.com/tradevisitors.

    Only admission vouchers redeemed by visitors will be charged to the exhibitor at EUR 14 (net) per voucher. 

    You can send your e-codes quickly and easily directly via our TicketCenter (available from October 21, 2024) or download them as a file for your own e-mail campaign. 

    Visitor postcard

    The postcard will be available in two languages from November and can be ordered in the ExhibitorShop. The digital version for sending with your e-codes can be found in the download area on our website. 

    Sample cover letter

    You want to invite your customers, but you don't have the right words? We can provide you with a pre-formulated cover letter which you are welcome to use for your visitor advertising.
