HPE® Poland is a manufacturer of comprehensive solutions of bulletproof personal protection for officers and soldiers.

We produce:

- soft ballistic inserts

- composite bulletproof hard plates

- bulletproof shields

Composite bulletproof hard plates:

Based on an extensive machine park and developed technologies, HPE® has production capabilities enabling supplies for military and paramilitary forces. The plates made here can be meets the requirements of international standards NIJ 0101.04, NIJ 0101.06 as well as PN-V-87000:2011, GHOST R 50744-95 and many others. We have a high-pressure autoclave for pressing plates. It operates at 20 bar pressure and achieves a production capacity of about 250 pieces per 1 cycle. For production we use monolithic ceramic cords made of Al2O3, SiC and B4C.

Our composites on the backface are pressed at 450 bar and are made of the highest quality polyethylene. Depending on the requirements, we also use aramid materials for the composition of the plates. We construct solutions in all required sizes, as well as single- and multi-curved profiles.

HPE® bulletproof plates can be finished traditionally in cordura or protected with a layer of Line-x® polyurethane.

Soft ballistic inserts:

The company has a wide range of soft ballistic panels. They are refined to all levels of protection according to the NIJ and PN standards. Depending on the requirements, we make our inserts from aramid or polyethylene materials, as well as in the form of a hybrid of both types of that materials. In addition, our inserts can also have knife and spike protection. We test fragmentation on our panels according to the most popular standards such as STANAG 2920 and many others.

Bulletproof shields:

HPE® also produce bulletproof shields. We offer medium shields weighing up to 24 kg and measuring approx. 1000 x 600 mm, equipped with bulletproof glass visors, as well as light tactical shields weighing about 12-14 kg. Protection levels according to customer requirements. The composition of the shields based on a ceramic tile system, as well as individual shapes of monolithic cords designed for HPE® in sintered SiC technology.

Quality of products:

HPE® has an in-house ballistic laboratory that allows to maintain the quality of products at the highest level according to ISO-9001 and AQAP 2110 standards.
