We distribute AXIO hemostatic dressing materials prepared with chitosan. Tested according to MIL 88 and MIL 300.

Chitosan is a biopolymer obtained by depolymerization of natural chitin. It has the ability to stop bleeding quickly by binding with the blood and forming a gel-like substance that seals the wound. Chitosan is known for its biocompatible and bioactive properties.

Axiostat is mainly used for severe bleeding, for example in the case of injuries caused by accidents or in emergency medicine. It is easy to use and can be applied by trained medical personnel or first aiders.

To use Axiostat correctly, you should follow the instructions carefully. The product is applied directly to the bleeding area and pressed lightly to stop the flow of blood. It should be left there until medical help arrives.
