Green Side based in Warsaw, Poland is on the market since 2005.

We are the European office of the American brand Climashield®, which produces unique continuous filament insulation for jackets, sleeping bags and all other items where the durable warmth is needed.

Since more than 30 years Climashield® supplies the insulation component to the “Direct Contractor to the US Military” who then manufactures the finished end product (sleeping bags, clothing, liners, etc.). The finished product is then sent to the specific Military branch (Army, USMC, Air Force and Navy) requiring the item. 

Climashield® Europe supplies subcontractors of various European armies (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Czech Republic). The recent projects we were involved are Nordic Combat Uniform, Belgian Defence Clothing System, Latvian Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System.
Climashield® manufactures lightweight thermal insulation for the Military markets supplying continuous filament products. 
Climashield® maintains ISO:9001-2008 certification of plant and laboratory facilities along with OEKOTEX Standard 100 compliance. A state of the art laboratory allows for the measurement of insulation and lamination properties and evaluation. Climashield® has three Chemical Engineers on staff with a combined more than 80 years of experience in fiber and insulation manufacturing as well as a supporting staff for testing and trials.

We also offer fabrics from proven and trusted manufacturers such as CF Weber from Germany (is a licensed manufacturer of Cordura®, which we represent in Eastern Europe) and Advance Hitech Textile from Taiwan (offers woven fabrics - polyamide, polyester, recycled polyester from 15 Denier through 2-, 3-L fabrics, stretch fabrics to hightenacity fabrics up to 2000 Denier) with the top quality and meeting the highest demans of Military Market.
