1. Information on presentation of firearms
The presentation of arms requires special attention and consideration due to existing statutory regulations and the conditions stipulated in the conditions for participation in the trade fair. In your application as exhibitor, you have agreed unconditionally to comply with the applicable statutory arms regulations and the conditions stipulated in the conditions for participation.
Please ensure that you comply with these instructions in your own interest and note that offences against the statutory arms regulations in force in the Federal Republic of Germany must be prosecuted.
2. Information on transport of firearms and "essential parts" of firearms
An official licence is required for transport to and from the exhibition stand! Please note the following information and copies of approval of the Nuremberg authorities as, in case of prohibited arms and articles, the ones of the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt).
Checks of firearms brought to Enforce Tac will be carried out by the Nuremberg authorities (for EU countries) and by the customs authorities (for non-EU countries).
2.1 Importation from EU countries: own transportation
If your company transports arms to Enforce Tac 2025 itself and does not appoint a forwarding agency for this task, a transport permit for Germany issued by a German authority is necessary. This concerns all exhibitors from EU countries, as custom control is no longer carried out due to the opening of the borders, which means that no import declaration is made.
Please send us the enclosed form as soon as possible together with a list of all firearms you will bring to Germany for Enforce Tac 2025. We will pass this form to the Nuremberg authorities for approval without delay. You then use the appoved list together with the enclosed copy of the order from the Nuremberg authorities dated 17.10.2024 as proof of transport and possession in Germany.
2.2 For importation from EU countries: transport by a forwarding agency
If you engage a forwarding agency to transport weapons, enter its name and business address in the form provided to you.
Please also forward the weapons-related regulations to your forwarding agency below.

2.3 For importation from non-EU countries
In this case, you (or your appointed forwarding agency) carry out customs clearance, at which you present a packing list containing all the firearms (including serial numbers) you will bring to Enforce Tac 2025. A seperate packing list must be prepared for each package. Please also note the relevant general instructions of the exhibition forwarding agency. Please also present the enclosed order issued by the Nuremberg authorities on 17.10.2024 for customs clearance.
2.4 Enforcement of firearms law (Notice of Approval city of Nuremberg)
In accordance with the Firearms Act of the Federal Republic of Germany separate official licences are now required in each case for bringing firearms into and through Germany, for trading and for presenting and offering firearms at Enforce Tac. This licence has been granted by the Nuremberg Public Affairs Office (Ordnungsamt) as a special exemption order covering all exhibitors at Enforce Tac. This copy is a very important document for you!
3. Application for special permission for the temporary import of “prohibited arms and articles” for exhibition purposes
Please check the products that you and your co-exhibitors are presenting at Enforce Tac 2025 and check if they fall under “prohibited weapons and products” under the German Weapons Act and require a special permit from the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). Please note that missing or incorrect permits are a violation of the German Weapons Act and may result in criminal prosecution and exclusion from the trade fair.
